Volume 2 traces the evolution of psychotherapy from the 1950s and the later 20th century through to modern times, considering what the future of psychotherapy will look like.
Each part of the book represents a significant period of time or a decade of the 20th century and provides a detailed overview of all significant movements within the history of psychology. It will be essential reading for researchers and students in the fields of clinical psychology, psychotherapy, psychiatry, the history of medicine and psychology.
