Tripartite training - theoretical, technical and personal training - is intended to be universalising. However, the task is faced with a contradiction in the development of personal capacity, which seems to be realised in a certain "official silence". The lack of consensus found in the definition of the concept of personal capacity points to the impossibility of realising the modern project: to standardise subjectivity - precisely the raw material of this craft knowledge.
Research project presented as a Course Conclusion Paper under the supervision of Professor Ângela Maria Piza, at Universidade Paulista. Thanks to our joint efforts, in 2009 this project was honoured nationally by the Association for the Teaching of Psychology in the ABEP 10 years award.
