Dr Dyczek, OFM, is an English Franciscan theologian. His Fordham University pedagogy shaped the Franciscan Study Centre's seminary programme in Canterbury. He taught about early Christian writers and the formulation of Christian doctrine at the University of Kent's Faculty of Theology and Religious Studies. After completing his PhD at St. Mary's University in Twickenham, he taught Church history at Holy Trinity College in Harare, Zimbabwe. His articles have appeared in The Cord, New Serafika, New Blackfriars, The Pastoral Review and Studii Francescane. He has served on the committee of The Catholic Theological Association of Great Britain. His chapter, 'Bonaventure and Islam: Possibilities for Dialogue,' was published in Interpreting the 'Spirit of Assisi', edited by M. Diemling and T. J. Herbst (2013). He has given a number of adult education theology talks in Edinburgh and New York.
