The strategy presented is the result of a research carried out in different contexts of the Cuban society in Villa Clara Province: Couple, School, Mass Media, where different actions are used for the development of personal reflection considering that it enhances a better personal interrelation expressed in communicative skills that favor the decrease of violence in its different types. The results obtained confirm this assumption.
The authors are professors of Psychology at the Faculty of Social Sciences of the Central University "Marta Abreu" of Las Villas, Cuba. They have developed several researches on this subject and others with significant results. They have other publications on the same subject and have more than 20 years of experience.
