Vernica Ortiz [Lawrenz] es una escritora y periodista mexicana. Fue fundadora y colaboradora de la revista Emeequis y de la emisora Cdigo DF, radio cultural en lnea. Por su novela Sobrevivientes fue galardonada con el premio Coatlicue 2006, que otorga la Coordinadora Internacional de Mujeres en el Arte (ComuArte). Ha abierto espacios de educacin sexual en diversos medios de comunicacin, como TV Mexiquense y Radio UNAM. En 1996, obtuvo el Premio Nacional de Periodismo del Club de Periodistas de Mxico, AC. Se ha desempeado como docente, conferencista y conductora. David Barrios Martnez es mdico cirujano por la Facultad de Medicina de la Universidad Nacional Autnoma de Mxico (UNAM), especialista en Docencia por el Centro de Investigaciones y Servicios Educativos de la misma institucin, Educador de la Sexualidad por la Sociedad Mexicana de Sexologa Humanista Integral (Someshi). Psicoterapeuta Gestalt y de enfoque centrado en la persona por el Instituto Humanista de Psicoterapia Gestalt y maestro en Ciencias sexolgicas por la Universidad Abierta y a Distancia de Mxico. Vernica Ortiz Lawrenz is a Mexican writer and journalist. She was the founder and collaborator of the magazine Emeequis and of the radio station Codigo DF. She has opened sexual education spaces in various media outlets, such as TV Mexiquense and Radio UNAM. In 1996, she obtained the National Award for Journalism from the Club de Periodistas de Mxico, AC. She has worked as a teacher, lecturer and host. David Barrios Martnez is a surgeon from the Faculty of Medicine of the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), a specialist in Teaching from the Center for Research and Educational Services of the same institution, Educator of Sexuality from the Mexican Society of Comprehensive Humanist Sexology (Someshi).
