Our current civilization is the result of human mind living for centuries in the false reality of the process and purpose of Human life. This falsehood of life has led to the current social disorder full of extreme violence, inequitable distribution of planet wealth, social injustice, corruption, police brutality, disturbed planet ecology. A small number of rich people and corporations' control much of the planet wealth while majority of the population struggles for daily survival. Current political and business leadership running the affairs of the society are too busy to maintain the status quo. This absence of transformational leadership has opened up self-empowered youth leadership opportunities. Cultivating youth compassionate leadership holds the promise of building a vibrant global compassionate order. The knowledge and practices in the book prepare the youth to lead this challenge of social transformation. Kohli, Jagdish Jagdish Kohli received his Ph.D. degree in EE from IIT, Roorkee, India. For over two decades he worked as a scientist in Bell Labs. and companies. He held faculty positions in New York University, Golden Gate University, San Francisco and Panjab University India. His field of inquiry includes: Unity Consciousness, Transformational Leadership.
