George Gastil teaches history at San Diego State University and Grossmont College. He earned his M.A. at the University of California, Santa Barbara with an emphasis in California history. Gastil also brings his experience in state and local government. He currently serves on the Lemon Grove City Council. Bonnie Harris is a retired lecturer of world history and U.S. history at San Diego State University (SDSU) and remains an active online instructor throughout the Southwest. She earned her M.A. in history from SDSU and Ph.D. in history from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Edward Purcell is an experienced lecturer in California history. He currently teaches history at Southwestern College and National University. He graduated with an M.A. in history from San Diego State University.
