Autor

Leo Douma is a pastor with over thirty years experience in the Christian Reformed Churches of Australia, with degrees in ministry and psychology. He holds several positions at the denominational level including a focus on the training of ministers and elders. In his role as chair of the Leadership Development Group he has organized professional development for ministers and a program for the training of elders.
