This study covers the quality control techniques of manufacturing and service sector issues through the use of computer programs. Thus, to constantly improve quality, costs will be reduced, will increase productivity and profitability, errors will be reduced and therefore will increase our market share. Seven basic tools used in the development of qualifications have been explained and these 7 tools have been applied.
