She is the co-editor of Talking Points, a National Council of Teachers of English journal (http://www.ncte.org/journals/tp). In addition, she has published articles in several journals including Democracy and Education , The Reading Teacher , Literacy Research and Instruction , and the Journal of Latinos and Education .
