Satinder Dhiman (lead editor) is Professor of Management and Associate Dean, Chair, and Director of the MBA Program at Woodbury University, USA. He has completed advanced Executive Leadership programs at Harvard, Stanford, and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, USA. Satinder has recently published two research-based, leadership-specific titles with Palgrave-Macmillan: Gandhi and Leadership: New Horizons in Exemplary Leadership (2015) and Holistic Leadership: A New Paradigm for 21st Century Leaders. Both of these works build on the spiritual and moral mainstay of leadership. His two forthcoming titles that also vitally underscore the spiritual dimension and workplace fulfillment are: h g v t and Leadership: A Catalyst for Organizational Transformation (Palgrave-Macmillan 2017) and Leading without Power: Winning Habits of Highly Fulfilled Leaders (Palgrave-Macmillan 2017). In addition, he has successfully co-edited, co-authored over 7 book projects for Palgrave MacMillan and other publishers over the last 7 years. He is also the Editor-in-Chief of a forthcoming multi-author Major Reference Work titled, Springer Handbook of Engaged Sustainability, which involves approximately 50 contributing authors from 6 continents across the world. Gary E. Roberts is a Professor and Director of the Master of Public Administration (MPA) Program in the Robertson School of Government at Regent University with teaching interests in human resource management and nonprofit administration. He has held a variety of positions in human resource management within local government, the nonprofit sector, and private industry and serves on several nonprofit boards. Professor Roberts' research interests include servant leadership within the human resource management system and the influence of spiritual intelligence on personal and organizational well-being. With 5 books and 62 academic publications primarily in the area of human resource management. His latest books include Working the Christian Servant Leader Spiritual Intelligence and Servant Leader Human Resource Management: A Moral and Spiritual Perspective. Joanna Elizabeth Crossman is Senior Lecturer in the School of Management, at the University of South Australia. She has been a passionate international manager and educator for 40 years, having worked in Australia, Norway, the UK, The Middle East and East Malaysia, in both private and public positions. Joanna has authored over 50 peer reviewed works, many published in top ranking, international journals. Her publications and research are largely concerned with workplace spirituality, business ethics, interculturality and internationalisation. Joanna is co-editor of the Emerald journal, Journal of International Education in Business, a member of the Academy of Management (MSR) and a full research member of the Centre for Workplace Excellence. During her tenure at UniSA, she has undertaken leadership roles such as, Program Director of postgraduate HRM programs and Director of Research Education (Management). She has also served in a number of volunteer roles in Australia and overseas, including positions as a church warden, elected synod member and as a board member of St Barnabas Theological College in South Australia.
