Dr Chris Irons has a doctorate in Clinical Psychology (DClinPsy) and a PhD focusing on depression and anxiety. He is a clinical psychologist, academic, author and teacher based in London, UK. Chris is a director of Balanced Minds (www.balancedminds.com), a London based organisation set up to provide compassion-focused approaches to individuals and organisations. Chris is a Visiting Research Fellow in Clinical Psychology at the University of Derby, and regularly speaks at conferences and gives workshops across the world.
