Lyndall Gordon is a senior research fellow at St. Hilda’s College, Oxford. An author of eight biographies, including The Hyacinth Girl: T.S. Eliot’s Hidden Muse, she has also written the “Life” section for the Eliot website: tseliot.com. She lives in Oxford, England.
