Written by: Simon Clarke lives and works in the Basque Country of northern Spain. He is a director at Lacunza - International House San Sebastian, which provides language services in English, French and Chinese and has over 5,500 students and a teaching staff of over 100. Back in his early career at Lacunza, Simon helped pioneer a Telephone English system of study as part of a two-man team, which is still popular with learners, and has developed it over the years as technology has changed.
