A series of quick-reference, multi-media guides to key protocols all therapists need to know.
Rigorously field-tested by on-the-ground clinicians, these guidebooks—sold separately or as a set—provide an easy-to-use, evidence-based summary of five core therapy techniques: (1) Dialectical Behavioral Therapy for Emotion Dysregulation, (2) Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Depression, (3) Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Anxiety, (4) Interpersonal Psychotherapy for Depression, and (5) Motivational Interviewing for Concurrent Disorders. Self-questionnaires, case studies, role play transcripts, diagrams, and exercises make it easy for front-line case workers and therapists of all kinds to learn the fundamentals of the modalities and put them to use immediately. Each guide includes a DVD of sample therapy sessions that implement the protocol, as well as laminated pocket reminder cards. An on-the-go package of practical tools that busy clinicians won’t want to be without.
