Christoph Lippay ist seit über 25 Jahren im Rettungsdienst in verschiedenen Funktionen tätig. Er betreut im Stumpf + Kossendey Verlag schwerpunktmäßig den Bereich »Taktische Medizin/Taktische Lagen« und initiierte das Symposium »Taktische Lagen im Rettungsdienst« sowie die Fachzeitschrift TAKTIK + MEDIZIN. Zudem ist er Mitglied bei Polizeitrainer Deutschland e. V. und der TREMA (Tactical Rescue & Emergency Medicine Association e. V.). Durch seine Tätigkeiten verfügt er über diverse Kontakte zu in- und ausländischen Spezialeinheiten. Er unterrichtet Rettungsdienste, Feuerwehren und andere Organisationen in der taktischen Eigensicherung.
