Aldo Zilli is the chef/owner of the Zilli chain of restaurants and runs a cookery school in his home town of Pescara, Italy. He has a wide-ranging media career including numerous TV and radio appearances, such as Celebrity Fit Club (ITV1), Dinner Dates (LWT), Food & Drink (BBC2), The Morning Show (BBC), Rise TV (Channel 4), GMTV (ITV1), This Morning (ITV), and Channel 4's Light Lunch.
