His writing has been described as 'inspirational', 'passionate' and 'entertaining'.Paul Allen is the head of External Relations at CAT and Director of CAT's Zero Carbon Britain project. He is a Climate Change Commissioner and sits on the Science Advisory Council for Wales, advising them on the latest developments in green technology and policy. Paul is an electrical engineer and has worked in the renewable energy sector for over 20 years. Peter Harper is the head of CAT's Research and Innovation department and co-author of Zero Carbon Britain 2030, Peter Harper has developed many tools for analysing personal carbon emissions. He has also been his own experiment, monitoring and recording his own transition to a low carbon lifestyle.
