Born in Russia. Graduated from the Polytechnic Institute and completed postgraduate studies at the Leningrad Institute of Aviation Instrumentation. He was engaged in the development of measuring and computing systems. For his inventions he was awarded the USSR Inventor sign. In 1992 he repatriated to Israel. Worked as an engineer at a number of enterprises. Author of more than 300 articles.
