Management fashions encourage people to make changes. Though members of organizations would be well advised not to commit themselves body and soul to the latest organizational concept, it could still be useful for triggering change processes in their organization. With its help, it may be possible to initiate discourse and to legitimize change projects with a fresh vocabulary.
