She is a professionally registered Industrial Psychologist with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA), a master human resource practitioner with the South African Board for People Practices (SABPP), and a member of the International Association of Applied Psychology (IAAP) and of the Society of Industrial Psychology South Africa (SIOPSA).
