Kate Pocrass is the author of I Was Here: A Travel Journal for the Curious-Minded and Side Walks: A Journal for Exploring Your City. She founded Mundane Journeys, a hotline that suggests off-the-beaten-path treks in San Francisco, and self-published Mundane Journeys and Mundane Journeys: Field Guide to Color. (Kate was awarded two Cultural Equity grants from the San Francisco Arts Commission to help self-publish the books Mundane Journeys and Mundane Field Guide to Color).
