The President of Italy became the leader of the United Nations and the One World Government. He initiated a series of laws to control the population throughout the planet. Acting as a Caesar with absolute power, the leader sought to remove any opposition through harassment, imprisonment, torture, and murder. The director of the Christian Ministry developed a cadre of cadets to react militarily against the persecution of Caesar. In addition, two mystics associated with the Ministry spoke out with warnings against Caesar, the U.N., and the One World Religion headed by Pope Peter II. Catastrophes became rampant, and violence became a way of life!
