Artist F. Sehnaz Bac is celebrated for her radiantly colourful and charming painted stones. Born in Istanbul, Turkey, she studied Archaeology and mastered in restoration and conservation. She has been drawing for as long as she can remember. Her curiosity and imagination inspire her to create very detailed, fine-line drawings and stylized designs inspired from nature. She currently lives in Italy. Artist and illustrator Marisa Redondo works primarily with watercolours and oils. Art has always been her greatest love. Growing up in the heart of San Diego in the US, drawing was how she found a calm balance in the busy city. Marisa is fascinated by nature’s creations and the little pieces of life that often go unnoticed, from the fine lines of feathers to the spores of a dandelion. Her paintings are a mix of the modern city and the natural land. Talented artist Margaret Vance paints beautifully vibrant and colourful rock art full of intricate detail and pattern. As in nature, no two painted stones are alike. A simple stone washed downriver becomes a natural and surprisingly fi tting canvas. Each stone’s size, shape, colour, surface texture and individuality infl uence the design to create a singular mix of art and nature.
