Liz Steel is a Sydney-based artist, teach, illustrator and architect. She has 20 years experience as an architect, working on a range of residential and commercial projects around Australia. She never leaves home without her sketchbook, pens and paints - always ready to document her daily life through quick spontaneous ink and wash sketches. She has combined her extensive architect's training with many years of urban sketching around the world, regularly teaching sketching workshops and being an active member of the global online community of Urban Sketchers.
