His research has been funded by the National Science Foundation and has been published in dozens of articles in journals such as Law and Human Behavior and Journal of Applied Psychology. Professor Cutler is the primary author of Mistaken Identification: The Eyewitness, Psychology, and the Law and has contributed chapters to numerous edited volumes on Psychology and Law topics. Currently, Professor Cutler is Editor-in-Chief of Law and Human Behavior, the journal of the American Psychology-Law Society (Division 41, American Psychological Association).
