Dr Azhdar Karami is Senior Lecturer in Strategy and Management at the Bangor Business School, Bangor University, UK. Azhdar's research interests include strategy innovation and entrepreneurship. Mina Tajvidi is a research associate at the Bangor Business School, Bangor University, UK. Dr Tajvidi's research and teaching interests are in the areas of strategic management, entrepreneurship and innovation in high-tech SMEs.
