In this 21st century, due to the exponential revolution of information and communication technologies, the issue of digitization is the subject of debate in all instances and levels of society. From the general administration to the organizations through the companies, the observation remains the same. Elaborate a new working system adapted to the evolution of time; the digital time. Faye, DieneDiène FAYE: holds an engineering degree in community development and training from the Ecole Supérieure d'Economie Appliquée (ESEAex-ENEA) of the University Cheikh Anta Diop (UCAD) Dakar. He holds a certification in environmental law and protection and in environmental assessment of development policies and projects.
